Pomegranate Beef Sliders

 Whiskey Onions:

• Cut ends of onion off and cut onion in half stem to stem. place onion flat on cutting board and slice in very thin slices..
• Heat oil to medium, temperature, you may have to adjusted temperature if onions are coming out too crispy.
• In a medium size bowl mix flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic..
• Fried onions are done best in batches, so place about a 1/4 on the onions in flour mixture and coat onions thoroughly and then place in heated oil carefully to avoid splattering. Have a sheet pan with paper towels spread out to place onions when they are removed from pot.
• Cook until a light golden brown. Remove and place on sheet pan
• repeat until done.

BBQ Beef:

• Slice beef in very thin slices
• Mince onions and garlic
• in a large skillet on medium heat add oil and onions and garlic and saute for 1 minute. 
• Add beef to skillet and Black Tie Steak Rub and saute meat until  it is cooked thoroughly, reduce heat to low and add 1/2 jar of Pomegranate BBQ Sauce simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, add sauce as required.

Assembly:

• Split Rolls open add beef and top with Whiskey onions.
