Grill brats until they are cooked thoroughly or pan fry them until they are cooked completely
Once brats are done let rest for 10 minutes before cutting into 1/2 inch slices or they can be left whole and cut in half from end to end if you have hot dog buns.
Veggies:
Cut ends of bell peppers off and then slice bell peppers in half and clean out seeds and core
Slice bell peppers into thin slices, cut ends of bell peppers into small pieces
cut ends of onions off and then cut onion in half from stem to stem, slice onions into very thin slices
Dice up habanero. (habanero is hot so wash your hands after cutting them)
Add oil to skillet and saute peppers, onions on medium heat until soft, and then add habaneros.
Add brats to peppers and 1/2 a jar of Big Lick Chipolte BBQ Suace and simmer for 10 minutes. add more sauce as needed.
