Roasted Corn on the Cob

Grilling Corn:

• Trim both edges of ear of corn being careful not to cut too far on the edge with the stem of the corn or husks will fall off 
• On medium low heat on a gas grill (a smoker can be used as well) grill corn so that all sides of the ear of corn are slightly charred and corn kernels have softened. 
• Remove from grill and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before hadeling

Flavoring Corn:

•  Corn will be hot. Peel husks back and remove silk on cob. A paper towel may be helpful with this if its still too hot
•  Butter corn generously and add Hike Up Your Skirt Fajita Rub or Bad Boy Green Chile Burger Seasoning.
