Trim both edges of ear of corn being careful not to cut too far on the edge with the stem of the corn or husks will fall off
On medium low heat on a gas grill (a smoker can be used as well) grill corn so that all sides of the ear of corn are slightly charred and corn kernels have softened.
Remove from grill and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before hadeling
Flavoring Corn:
Corn will be hot. Peel husks back and remove silk on cob. A paper towel may be helpful with this if its still too hot
Butter corn generously and add Hike Up Your Skirt Fajita Rubor Bad Boy Green Chile Burger Seasoning.
